System for the production of facade decorative elements and heat siding
Introducing a new machine for applying a reinforcing plaster layer on products made of expanded polystyrene (SNSh-1000).
SNSh-1000 allows to apply the reinforcing plaster mix both on decorative facade elements made of expanded polystyrene (expanded foam) and on heat siding - facade panels made of expanded foam. Reinforcement of the expanded foam is necessary to protect it from the impact of precipitation and solar radiation, which allows to extend the service life of products up to 50 years. The use of special elastic plaster together with our equipment allows to achieve high results in the field of facades and interiors finishing.
The maximum dimensions of the facade elements: width - 1,000 mm, height - 450 mm, length - 2,000 mm
The tank and the dies ( drawing nozzles) of the SNSh-1000, as well as the draw table, are made of stainless steel, which prevents metal corrosion resulting from constant contact with water and cleaning of plaster mixture residues.
The feed conveyor belt is equipped with direct and reverse feed, Omron (Japan) variable speed drive, as well as anti-skid inserts to prevent slippage between the workpiece and the conveyor belt. Smooth adjustment of plaster coating thickness from 1 to 5 mm
Quick change of dies using eccentric clamps made of structural steel with anodized coating.
Special device collects residues of the plaster mixture, which allows keeping the space around the machine clean.
Tank volume can be adjusted by shifting the right or left (or both) tank walls, which also allows you to quickly reconfigure the machine from one mode to another.

To reduce the area of the production site, we additionally recommend purchasing racks for holding and drying decorative elements, with the possibility of a step change (every 50 mm) between the shelves. The rack is installed on the support and castor wheels allowing free movement around the workshop.
For optimal performance of the whole equipment system and to increase the productivity, we recommend installing at least 4 racks, which allows drying products with a total area of 160 m2.2.
In order to further increase the productivity, drying chambers can be used, which allow to significantly reduce the drying time of the finished decorative facade elements.
