Expanded foam (polystyrene) cutting system

To make the expanded foam block look remarkable, it's necessary to cut it to sheets or plates of the required thickness and size. For this purpose we can offer:

The machine for complex cutting, which in a single cycle without block transferring performs cutting and facing of the block, thereby reducing labor input and increasing the system capacity. This machine has an automatic control and a duplicated manual system. The machine for blocks comes in 2 modifications with a length 2m and 3 m.

Block cutting is provided by heated nichrome strings, during operating the certain amount of smoke is formed, therefore it is desired to mount the extract ventilation in this part of workshop.
