Expanded foam molding system
The molding system is a universal baking system with the ability to install special molding chambers that correspond to the individual parameters of the product. For the production of molded products, the individual molding chamber is designed, developed and manufactured, corresponding to the dimensions and parameters of a wide variety of parts and blanks. The molding chamber is made by milling light aluminum and can provide the output of such products as cornices, balusters, ceiling baseboard, interior items, packaging for household appliances and much more.
After the end of the stabilization process, the foamed crumbs of polystyrene from the holding hoppers (silos) is feeded into the measuring hopper of the molding system. Molding chamber feeding is carried out from the measure feederof the system through injectors. Further, under the effect of steam, the polystyrene foam balls are sintered tightly sticking to each other and take a shape of corresponding geometry of the molding chamber. As in the case with sintering in classic block mould, the size and shape of future part depends on the model of the molding chamber used.
На этапе спекания температура, давление и длительность воздействия пара оказывают непосредственное влияние на качество готового изделия. Для того, что бы вынуть деталь необходимо снизить давление внутри формовочной камеры, выровняв его с атмосферным. Для снижения температуры внутри камеры применяется установка вакуумирования и аккумулятор вакуума. Процесс формования является циклическим и по завершению процесса выпекания готовое изделие в автоматическом режиме выгружается на приемный стол, а формовочный аппарат начинает новый цикл.
